The bungalow, built on a quarter acre plot, is about 10 miles south of Disney World and approximately 15 minutes drive along uncongested roads. It is situated in a rural, mainly residential area of similar styled properties. The location is quiet and peaceful yet about 2 miles from the nearest supermarket and in close proximity to a variety of restaurants. All the main attractions are easily accessible and either coast can be reached in a little over one hour. The accommodation, with its 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and spacious lounge, is air-conditioned and fully equipped to provide all the comfort and facilities needed to make a really enjoyable stay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, large dressing table, 2 bedside cabinets, 2 bedside lamps, colour TV, with remote control, and plenty of space in which to move around. A door off of the master bedroom leads into the en-suite bathroom, beautifully constructed with two wash basins, bath, separate shower unit, toilet, mirrors galore, and sliding mirror doors leading into the walk-in wardrobe; the Americans call it a closet. Each of the two other bedrooms has twin beds, chest of drawers, bedside lamp and large closet. They are adjoined by a second bathroom containing 2 wash basins, bath with shower, and toilet. One bedroom is furnished in pinks and rose colours, for the girls, whilst the other has more masculine appeal with its blues and reds. Again, they are not cramped for space and, as for the master bedroom, all bed linen is supplied with additional pillows and blankets available if needed. Clothes hangers are provided in all the closets and you will find there is plenty of storage space. The lounge area has a large 3 seater sofa which converts into a queen size bed if needed. All bed linen is supplied for this. There is also a 2 seater sofa where guests can relax in comfort to watch the second colour TV, with remote control, or play a video. Some videos are provided for the children - and the young at heart! The mini stereo system will play CDs and cassettes or tune in to the radio. Should you wish to dine in, a dining table with 6 chairs is provided, and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, a large conventional cooker, a large fridge/freezer with ice making facility, a dish washer, and twin sinks with garbage disposal unit. Sufficient crockery, dinner plates, cereal bowls, side plates, mugs, etc., plus cutlery, is provided to accommodate 8 people and there is a selection of glasses. To add to the `home from home’, you will find an electric kettle, teapot and cosy, plus tea strainer, electric toaster, electric coffee maker, juicer/blender, electric can opener, egg cups, saucepans, casserole dishes, and various other cooking utensils. There are also plastic plates, drinking vessels, etc., for use around the pool area to avoid the dangers of broken glass. The pool, some 30 feet long by 15 feet at its widest, is solar heated and screened. The screen not only keeps the bugs at bay, enabling guests to sit, and maybe eat out, in comfort, but it also offers some protection from the fierce sun. It will not prevent guests from getting a sun tan and it is not a substitute for sun protection screens. For those wishing to be outside the screened area, the whole of the back and sides are laid to lawn. A dining table and four cushioned chairs are sited on the pool deck, in a shaded area, and there are also three cushioned loungers. Access to the pool area can be gained from the master bedroom, the lounge or the kitchen via patio doors. There is also a door leading into the third bathroom, which does not actually have a bath but it does have a shower, toilet, and two wash basins. With its direct access, it is very useful for showering before and after using the pool, enabling guests to change out of wet clothes before entering the rest of the accommodation. Towels are provided for use around the pool area. Towels are also provided for the bathrooms, together with a small bar of soap. A hair dryer is provided as is an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, and hot air clothes dryer.
