Theapartment has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. 3rd room has double fold out futon and living room has a Queen size pull out sofa bed. The Apartment is 1100 sq ft in size. It is on the 23rd floor and has amazing views of the city, water and mountains and also has a balcony. There is also a computer with high speed internet and wireless WiFi in the apartment.Guests are responsible for full payment for the entire rental period: 10% deposit paid to Villa Rentals on booking, Payments to owner after owner contacts you: a $200 USD Damage Deposit to owners is required to confirm booking this is refunded within 5 days of departure barring any damages, 50% of the rent being due 30 days prior to occupancy and the balance due on arrival. We accept Visa or Mastercard and Cash on arrival. (3% surcharge for credit card or 4% surcharge on PayPal payments)
