Built in May 2004, our fantastic, beautifully furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property is ready to rent. Located in Silver Creek off HW27 one mile north of US192 in a beautiful wooded estate.

Dolphin Villa Florida is idealy located just six miles from Disney World, with easy access to all the major attrations from US192 and I4.

Our home has an open plan living space incorporating a dining area that seats six. There is a Fully equiped kitchen off to one side with seating area for four and all the modern appliences you will need.

The living area has a large cable TV with DVD/VCR and a stereo system. The formal dining area off this has seating for six, but the table can be enlarged to sit 8.

The two master bedrooms with queen beds have ensuite and cable TV with DVD. The two twin bedrooms share the main bathroom and they also have cable TV. The main bathroom also leads to the pool so it can also be used as a poolside bathroom.

The pool is north facing but heating is included in the winter months. Our home is located at the end of a quiet Cul De Sac, it has a large side garden and backs a wooded reserve.

To the front of the home there is a spare multi purpose room. This room has a Queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV with playstation 2 and PC/Writing desk.

The garage area has a Laundry area with washer/dryer and a games area with pool table, table tennis, electronic darts and a 10-1 multi games table.
