All around the house there is a great vineyard producing a good red and white wine. All around a beautiful garden with a lot of old trees and a 100 sq.m. very panoramic terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. The area is very noiseless and paceful, perfect for relax and safe for children. The private parking area is totally closed by an automatic gate.Only 1 km far from the house there is a little Centre with shops, bank, chemist shop. and every you need. This, is a good place to have daily excursions to the numerous historical and little towns of our beautiful Region: Pesaro 12 km, Senigallia 30 km, Urbino 45 km, Rimini 50 km, San Marino Republic/ Frasassi's Cave 80 km etc.
