This recently built SPACIOUS house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps 8-10 comfortably. The Master Suite has a king bed with comfortable new mattress, TV/VCR, CD player, tray ceiling with ceiling fan, and adjoining bath complete with soaking tub. Bedroom two is also on the first floor with two double beds, TV, DVD player, Nintendo game system, and adjoining bath. Bedrooms three and floor each have a queen bed, are on a separate floor with full bath as well as a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, small appliances, and sink.

View the Gulf as well as the Bay from the private roof top deck as you catch some of the glorious Southwestern Florida sun! The heated screened pool area is complete with Weber Genesis bar-b-que grill and eating area with ceiling fan. A screened porch off of the kitchen/dining area overlooks tropical landscape. Captiva Villa is fully equipped with every amenity including AC/heat, fully equipped kitchen, linens & towels, washer and dryer, 5 cable TVs, VCRs, DVDs, stereo, CD players, copier/fax/printer, ceiling fans throughout. Pool toys, Nintendo 64, and a ping pong table are great fun for the kids.
