On the first floor, there are two master suites with king-size bed and direct-access private baths, and a third bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom across the hall.

On the second floor, there is a large great room with living area, dining table for eight, and large kitchen with new appliances. The upstairs also has a covered balcony and an oceanview.

The home is very well designed and constructed, and the furnishings are very luxurious in the Hawaiian style.

Two beaches are within walking distance. Baby Beach is a secluded beach used primarily by the occupants of the homes within walking distance. It has shallow water and no waves due to a reef. Lawai Beach is also within 4 minutes walk and is more public. It has excellent surfing and snorkeling.
