The living room and dining area are furnished with colorful rattan and bright cushions. Air-conditioning has been added to the living and dining areas as well. Large sliding glass doors provide a wonderful view overlooking the back deck, extensive gardens, the sea and Marigot. There is a satellite television, VCR and portable stereo with CD player in the living area as well. A small outdoor dining area with a glass top, wrought iron table and chairs overlooks the free form pool.

Teak loungers surround the pool providing a wonderful, secluded space for sunning. On the other side of the villa is a large shaded deck with wonderful views of the ocean and Marigot, the capital of the French side. This deck offers a teak dining set for up to six people and an outdoor sitting area.

The grounds and gardens are extremely well cared for and lush tropical plants surround the villa. The villa is a 10 minute drive from the popular Maho area with it's shops, restaurants and Casinos and just 15 minutes to Marigot.
