This is a very affordable home for those who do not wish to pay for a totally private pool. There is a free locked private community pool which you may use, included in your rental.
The home has 3 bedrooms 2 bath (only one of which is wheelchair accessible). All other areas of the home are wheelchair accessible. There is a queen bed in the large master bedroom, and twin beds in both the other bedrooms. Baby equipment is provided. The lounge contains sofas and chairs, dining table and chairs, and access to the private fenced garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen with additional dining chairs. Full gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave etc. There is a huge double garage, with full size washer and drier. Garden furniture is provided. There is also off street parking for 2 cars on the front drive.
