Our top executive private pool home, located in an extremely safe and quiet area, yet less than 3 miles to Disney, probably the closest you can get. Hear the nightly Disney fireworks, we are that close. We are also walking distance of the Lake Buena Vista Outlet Mall on the 535, and a brand new Walmart Super Centre (open early 2005).
The house is a corner property and has garden all around with a 5 and 6 foot high fence for privacy. There is a master bedroom with KING bed, bathroom ensuite and its own cable TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the large third bedroom has 3 twin beds, 2 of which can be put together to form another KING bed for which linen is supplied. The home is therefore suitable for up to 3 couples wishing to have double beds. There is a second family bathroom. The lounge has seating, a dining area and a cable tv, dvd, cd player. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances you would expect. Full electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc. Doors lead to the large pool, 33 x 16 x 6 foot. The deck area is large and part of it is under cover from the hot summer sun and heavy rains. Garden furniture is supplied as is a BBQ container. There is a utility room containing a full size washer and drier. There is ample parking on the front drive for 2 vehicles. The garage houses our own car, so is not available for renters. Gas pool heat if available as an optional extra.
