Two outstanding new 2 and 3-bed apartments in an absolutely unbeatable location. Just 3 mins. walk from beach (Blue Flag)! On the first floor at the new, exclusive Limnaria Villas residential complex in Kato Paphos, located away from the bustle of the main tourist area, the apartments are within wasy walking distance of shops, restaurants, nightlife and the attractive harbour area. The building is situated in beautiful, well-maintained gardens, with a swimming pool and a large sunbathing area.

The living rooms have comfortable seating (two sofa-beds in 3-bed apt.), colour TV, video, and music centre, dining table and chairs, coffee tables and lamps. There are board games, books and video/music tapes to keep you entertained and we also have a selection of tourist information leaflets and maps to help you plan your holiday.

The flats are also equipped with an iron and ironing board, clothes dryer for the veranda, bed linen and towels (including beach towels) and hair dryers. There are picnic chairs and a picnic table, plus cooler box, for you to take in the car for full-day excursions and picnics on the beach or in the mountains. Sun-loungers are provided round the pool and the apartments have additional lounger-chairs and sun-umbrellas.

All the rooms are fitted with ceiling fans and air-conditioning units and all windows are double-glazed with heat-reflecting shutters and fly screens. The flats have large verandas with dining table and chairs, overlooking the gardens and swimming pool.

There is ample off-road parking at the apartments, which are located on a slip-road, not a through road.
