This beautiful and well equipped villa is located 5 km from Alvor, between Lagos and Portimão, in a quiet residential area, in rural environment. Nearby you can find some good restaurants. Shopping centre is 5 km distant, and nearest beaches are 8 km away. Penina golf club is 5 minutes, Reguengo do Morgado golf club is 15 minutes drive. Horse riding centre in 15 minutes drive.

Villa consists of 3 bed rooms, living room with satellite TV, open fire place and dining area, 2 complete bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a nice porch.

A private swimming pool with pool furniture, BBQ and a well kept garden complement the offer. Guests have also a private garage.

Between November - March, electricity is paid separately, as per consumption.
