Ciovo is an island connected by a road bridge to the town of "Trogir" on the main land. Trogir is 4 km from the building. There is a village 400 yards from the building. It has a disco, self service stores, urgent medical attention, medicine shop, post office, fresh vegetable and fish market and coffee shops. There is a local conveniance store 40 metres from the house. The diving school is 60 metres from the house.
