The Residenza Capriccioli.
Built in 1958 by the Depperu family along with the birth of the Costa Smeralda, the residence was designed personally by Engineer Tullio and furnished by his wife, Luisa. It fits perfectly into the surrounding area with great respect for the nature.
The residence is situated on the peninsula of Capriccioli, between some of the most beautiful and famous beaches of Liscia Ruja and Porto Li Coggi which is better known as the beach of the princes.
