An exquisite farmhouse situated in the Correze, close to the Dordogne border and 6kms from the town of Lubersac. It is only 40kms from Limoges and is easily accessed from the A20 autoroute. The property consists of a farmhouse sleeping 7 + a baby, a small gite, a large barn and a lovely new 12m x 5m swimming pool for the sole use of guests. It is set in 4000 sqm of private gardens with breathtaking views over the countryside. Whether you are sitting in the conservatory in the evening with a glass of wine looking out at the garden and pool, while the kids watch TV, or you have chosen to relax in the sun-room with a good book, we know you will not be disappointed that you chose this property for your holiday!
The entire house is comfortably furnished with 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, conservatory, sun-room, shower room and 2 WCs. The living room has a lovely open wood-burning fire, a widescreen TV with Sky receiver and we have a small selection of videos, DVDs, books and indoor games. The sun-room has a unique indoor barbecue, table bench and stools, and opens on to a nice patio area. One of the nicest features of the house is the large conservatory which opens out on to the garden and overlooks the swimming pool. It is furnished with a cane suite, easy chairs, sofa and music centre. Outside there is a small gite with a washing-machine and extra WC, and in the barn there is a full-size table-tennis table. pool table and darts. There's a large patio area close to the conservatory with outdoor furniture and a barbecue providing a lovely setting for those 'al fresco' evenings!
