Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and with neighbours to one side only. With our Florida villa's pool and garden backing onto the lake you will find it to be very private and relaxing.

Lake View Villa is on a 72 par Championship Golf course. It is overlooking a beautiful lake on 'Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club', which is a 24hr gatted community.

Southern Dunes has plenty to offer with 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, gym, childrens playground, club house, restaurant and bar. All of which can be used by guests staying at Lake View Villa.
In addition, just outside Southern Dunes you will find a 24hr Super Wal-Mart, a Blockbuster video store, bank, petrol station and many restaurants.
