'Rosewoods' is a charmingly furnished two storey 'Country Cottage' under thatch. With one double and one single bedroom, and extensive reception space, it is appropriate for those seeking tranquility and spacious comfort. All rooms have appealing vistas of Table Mountain's majestic crags.
In the delightful grounds, spectacular views of Table Mountain form the backdrop to the large secluded swimming pool and the tranquil rose and woodland-fringed croquet lawn.
The cottage is serviced daily, there is off-street parking and breakfast can be taken by arrangement. Internet connection and fax are also available if requested. An independent caterer is available for pre-prepared meals, cocktail parties and small dinner parties.
We regret no smoking (inside) or pets allowed (except guide-dogs). The residence is not wheelchair accessible. Premises can be hired out for movie shoots by prior arrangement. Enquiries are welcomed from agents as well as direct from individual guests. |

□ Cancellation from 21 to 28 days before booking date will forfeit 25% of the Deposit paid or 12.5% of the accommodation value, whichever is the greater.
□ Cancellation between 14 to 21 days prior to booking date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the Deposit paid or 25% of the booking value, whichever is the greater.
□ Cancellation from 7 to 14 days prior to booking date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the Deposit paid or 37.5% of the booking value, whichever is the greater.
□ Cancellation from 3 to 7 days prior to booking date will result in the forfeiture of Deposit or 50% of the accommodation value, whichever is the greater.
