2008/09 RATES
SUMMER/FALL: $1000 per week, plus 8% NH Room/Meals tax. Rent is due 30 days before check in. A returnable $200 security deposit is needed to confirm reservation. Thirty-day cancellation notice required. If cancallation is made in less than 30 days before check in, all funds will be returned, except the security deposit, unless another tenant is found. 4-day Thanksgiving Holiday - $600. 4-mo ski season $8,000, 6-month ski season $10,000.

SKI SEASON: 4-month ski season $8000 (plus tax). 6-month ski & spring season $10,000 (includes tax). Both SKI SEASON rates are + unilities and refundable $1000 security deposit.
