Our private pool is heated all year round, at 27-28 degrees. It is surrounded by a tearrace of 170 sq. meters, including a covered and secluded dining area with barbeque grill and large granite table.
Only 5 minutes walk from the newly developed Anfi golf courses, this house has sea & mountain views. In a quiet residential location - but still very close to the famous Amadores beach, as well as busy Puerto Rico and beautiful village of Puerto de Mogan.
We have 3 1/2 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with two single beds (that easily make a double if you want) - and 1 smaller room (connected to the master bedroom) with one single bed. There are two bathrooms adjacent to the bedrooms, and one bathroom downstairs close to the pool. There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. The kitchen is very modern and comes fully equipped, including microwave, dishwasher and freezer. You will have your reserved covered carport.
Please note that we have flexible check-in days – making it easier to match the cheapest flights available. The price is all inclusive of end-of-stay cleaning, towels, linen, and electricity. (Price includes up to five adults, children go free.) Minimum rental is one week, thereafter you have full flexibility to decide any number of weeks and days.
