Villa Buena Vista is an attractive two bedroomed detached villa with private pool, located on a quiet mountain between the Moorish villages of Villalonga and Ador 15 minutes from the historic town of Gandia and from the award winning blue flag beaches, as well as a charming fishing port Nautical Club and Marina. Villalonga and Ador are only five minutes away where there are a variety of street cafés, bars and restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. It is also situated in the beautiful orange groves. For those who like the nightlife it can be found at the nearby Gandia Playa.

The views from the villa are positively outstanding and the villa itself is furnished to a high quality. The property can accommodate up to five people and has an attractive lounge and dining area. Outside there is a private floodlit pool and a patio also a covered terrace which is idyllic for eating outside. The villa comes provided with a well equipped fully fitted kitchen including washing machine and many other extras. The lounge has satellite television and a music system. There is also private parking.

The villa is situated amongst stunning scenery of mountains and orange groves on one side and the warm Mediterranean Sea on the other which surrounds the main town of Gandia. Benidorm and the famous Terra Mitica theme park are just over half an hour away to the south and Alicante approximately one hour and a quarter. Valencia is accessible by train which takes approximately 45 minutes to get to the city centre. The area which is known as the Costa Azahar is on the northern tip of the Costa Blanca and is well known to walkers and cyclists alike.
15 minutes to miles of blue flag sandy beaches, marina, fishing village, and the renowned Oliva Nova golf course are just a few minutes drive away. A short drive away is the bustling modern cosmopolitan city of Gandia itself, where you can buy almost anything in the wide range of shops both large and small also with numerous and varied restaurants
