The executive vacation villa is ideally located close to I4 with easy access to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld etc making it a perfect location for your family holiday.

After an exiting day at the theme parks, you can be home at the villa in minutes
to relax and enjoy our large 30ft x 15ft pool with raised spa / jacuzi and extended deck.

Marbella vacation home resort features many on-site amenities such as a clubhouse with health spa, fitness centre, steam room with sauna , internet café, cinema ,chilldren’s water feature and floodlit tennis courts (all coming late 2008).

The villa interior has been professionally designed and furnished to a very high standard , fully air conditioned and with 2500sq ft of living space, our vacation home in the sun consists of:

Downstairs

A spacious living area with leather love seat and a leather sofa which converts into a full size
sofa bed.
The formal dining area seats 6
The nook which seats 4 for informal dining
Fully equiped kitchen area with breakfast bar and bar stools
The large family room has a 42 inch plasma screen TV with DVD player and cable TV and over looks the pool area
Have fun in the games room with an 8ft pool table, 8ft air hockey table and electronic basketball game
The ground floor master bedroom (1) has a US king size bed , combi tv, dvd player with cable tv, walk in closet and has direct access to the pool.
Master bathroom with twin sinks , walk in shower, whirlpool bath , hairdryer and separate w.c.
Bathroom 4 leads direct to the pool and spa area.
Enjoy the sunshine all day, in our fully screened north facing pool area.with 30 ft x 15ft pool, raised spa , extended deck , child saftey fence , 2 sunloungers , 4 easy chairs and table.
Laundry room with full load washer , full load dryer , iron and ironing board.

Orlando , Florida is known also for it’s fabulous golf courses, for keen golfers our vacation villa is just minutes away from 6 excellent golf courses , including Greg Normans Championsgate 36 hole award winning course , and at least 6 other Disney golf coures are nearby

For all our keen shoppers the designer malls are a very short ride away , and supermarket giants Wall – Mart and Publix are less than 5 minutes journey for all your shopping and household requirements. Local eating places and restaraunts are again only a couple of minutes away including an excellent “ all you can eat “ buffet style chinese restaraunt .

For the upmost safety and comfort off all our guests there is no smoking or pets allowed within the holiday rental villa , although ashtrays are provided outside for our guests that do smoke !
