Our Villa is brand new (Dec 2006) on a corner lot in the quiet community of Sandy Ridge. The community is only 8 miiles from Disney World but is surrounded by conservation areas. The directions are easy. It is by I-4 and 532(Osceola Polk County Line Rd.) It is a two story house with a private pool and patio. Our home is taken care by a professional management company whose services will be available to you 24/7.

Enjoy your Orlando vacation in style. You'll find our house with modern quality contemporary style furniture that few other homes offer. We personally bought each piece of furniture rather than having a furniture company furnish the house with cheap furniture.

We want to make booking easy and convenient for you. We accept credit cards and will bill you online so you can pay through the internet easily. Of course, we accept traditional payments such as checks through the mail

In addition free high speed wireless internet, free local calls. Just for staying, receive a free math education toy (wood block puzzle).

Living room: Has a 32" LCD TV for entertainment with VHS and DVD player. Bookshelf has a collection of movies and books. There is Leather Couch set (Sofa, Loveseat and Chair) for you to relax or lie down.

Dining Room: Elegant Marble Dining Table seats 8 people. There are two barstools facing the kitchen.

Kitchen: Fully Stocked with Stainless steel cookware, cutlery, toaster, blender, coffee maker etc. Refrigerator with water and Ice maker.

Queen Bedroom: Queen Bed with own bathroom

King Master Bedroom: King Bed with own Bathroom and 20" LCD TV.

Twin Bedroom: Bunkbed.

King Master Bedroom 2: King Bed with 15" LCD TV.
